How to brew
For the best experience, we recommend brewing with a pourover dripper (V60, Chemex, Kalita Wave, etc.). As a starting point, try a ratio 17g of coffee and 300g of water with a roughly 3-minute brew time. Experiment with grind size to see how it affects your brew time and flavors.
Espresso is a bit too nuanced to cover here. Feel free to reach out via Instagram for some tips!
How often do you roast?
We typically roast to order, but occasionally there will be extra coffee left over. However, we will not ship coffee that has sat on the shelf for more than 2 weeks. We feel that our coffees begin to express more vibrantly after this point, and time in transit could rob the customer of peak flavors.
Is it available in whole bean or pre-ground?
We offer it in both whole bean and pre-ground options. Whole beans are ideal for those who prefer to grind their coffee fresh before brewing, while our pre-ground option is convenient for quick, easy brewing.
