This is a fun & unique coffee with a little something for everyone. At first look, you'll notice the beans are quite large! This is characteristic of the maragogipe variety. The flavor profile is nice and sweet without being too fruity/floral, which makes it very versatile.

I enjoy this coffee both as a pourover and espresso. For the pourovers, I recommend starting with a 1:17 ratio of coffee to water in a conical brewer like a V60 or something like the UFO dripper. For espresso, I've been enjoying a 6-bar shot with a 17.5g dose, yielding about 35g in 36 seconds.
